The NDS Construction Consortium is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, and service-driven construction collaboration. Our collective mission is to have small businesses gainfully engaged in the mammoth reconstruction of the District of Columbia. While the city grows, small contractors grow, and "we the people" work and prosper along with it.
